Visiting a restaurant is about more than just having a meal. It’s about coming together, consciously enjoying, and creating an experience.
This experience is made possible by the people who work in the restaurant. Time and again, we noticed that most of the appreciation tends to focus on the service staff. They undoubtedly deserve it. However, while it’s easy to thank and compliment the service team directly, this type of immediate appreciation remains reserved for them alone.
After a delicious meal and a few glasses of wine, the idea was born: before leaving, we’d leave a “Greetings to the Kitchen” on the table. A card that acts as a vehicle, carrying our gratitude and appreciation for the culinary craft straight into the kitchen.
After much back and forth, the time finally came, and the first-ever “Greetings to the Kitchen” was delivered.
